  36.      In August, in Montreal, the third annual Amiga Convention will take
  37. place!  This convention will gather the Amiga community together from all
  38. across the world to show its support for the Amiga!  We hope to make this
  39. show the first event in the long fight to make the Amiga a well known
  40. computer in North America again.

  43. WHY:  We are putting on the Amiga Convention '95 (AC 95) to support our
  44.       favorite computer, the Amiga!  We feel that for too long, the Amiga
  45.       has been ignored, and now that the Amiga is owned by people who
  46.       actually will support it well, we want to help them out in any way we
  47.       can.  We also want to get a lot of people together to have a really
  48.       cool time!

  125. COST FOR RENTING TABLES : $100 - 1 day,  $150 - 2 days, for one table of 
  126.                           6' by 3' and chairs.  
  127.                           You may do whatever you want to at the rented
  128.                           tables.  These tables are aimed towards dealers
  129.                           and developers.
  130.                           
  131. FREE TABLES:  We will also have free tables at AC'95, for anyone who wishes
  132.               to bring their Amiga, whether to show off something cool, or
  133.               just to help someone else who might need one at the time.
  134.               However, at the free tables you get less space than the pay
  135.               tables, it is first-come first-serve, and you cannot sell
  136.               products at the tables!  That is strictly for the rented
  137.               tables.

  140. ACCESABILITY:  The show is easily accesable by bus and train, as well as
  141.                having lots of parking space in the vicinity for cars.

  143. WHY DEALERS SHOULD COME:  At AC'95, we offer tables at an incredibly cheap
  144.                           price, a price which includes electrical outlets.
  145.                           You also get the chance to show and sell your
  146.                           wares to a crowd of Amiga owners, all of whom
  147.                           have money to spend and are influenced by how big
  148.                           a prescence you have at the show.

  150. WHY PEOPLE SHOULD COME:   AC'95 will have stands from many major dealers
  151.                           and developers.  It will also have a lot of
  152.                           friendly Amiga owners there, plus a booming sound
  153.                           system and TV setup that will show crazy demos
  154.                           and products.  It will be a wild good time for
  155.                           all!

  158. * Just 5 minutess walking distance from the Metro Station BERRI-UQAM as
  159.   well as for the BUS terminals of VOYAGEUR, GREYHOUND, etc.

  161. * Interior parking space for up to 200 cars at $5 canadian a day.

  163. * We will have Audio/visual equipment setup for presentations of demos,
  164.   programs, hardware, new products, etc.  The audio equpment run at an
  165.   incredible 5000W!!
